Local News Headlines       The Culpeper County School Board established June 10th as the last day of school this year instead of June 13th. High School graduation will still be June 14th.   Strong winds and rainfall closed roads and local schools yesterday. By late Monday afternoon a majority of secondary roads in Culpeper & Fauquier Counties remained closed according to VDOT.   A Waynesboro grand jury returned 6 more felony indictments against the accused I-64 shooter yesterday.   The Culpeper Town Council will vote today on borrowing nearly $19-million-dollars for a variety of projects.
