Virginia DMV computers have been down for days, people haven't been able to renew or get licenses. Do you think, in this day & age, it's acceptable for these services to be down for that amount of time?

MEET CHERYL WALKER:
Hi, I’m a Culpeper native, happily married for 35 years with 4 grown sons and 3 grandchildren.I’m an R.N by profession and direct the choir at our church.I dabbled in photography and scrapbooking when our children were growing up and found I loved capturing moments on film and sharing them with others.I attended my first country music concert after the boys were in college and discovered I had an eye for concert photography when I submitted pictures to a radio station website in 2005 and they asked for more. Later I attended a Garth Brooks concert with my sister, wrote about our experience then shared it with the local newspaper along with the photos I took.It generated a lot of interest and I’ve been writing concert reviews for them ever since.
